The Internet needs to be faster and we need to be able to use wireless to get online.
We did
All our residences now have Wi-Fi and we have abolished the connection fee.
You said
It would be easier to find out more about accommodation if they used Facebook or Twitter.
We did
We have created a Twitter account, @NTUStudentAccom, and we tweet regular updates.

Other improvements

  • We are expanding the Residence Assistant scheme to all of our residences for the academic year 2013/14.
