Student Support Centres and Services

Can we have a money adviser at the Brackenhurst Campus more often?

We now provide a weekly financial advice drop-in service at Brackenhurst.

It would be useful to have more information about financial support.

We have expanded the information available online and now also provide information through Twitter and Facebook.

Can you provide more dyslexia support?

We have expanded our team of dyslexia support tutors to provide more individual support.

Can you make it easier to get an appointment with the mental health support service?

We have significantly increased the number of appointment slots available, and reduced waiting times for initial appointments.
Other improvements
- We have improved our enquiry desk support at the City and Clifton Student Services Centres, reducing queuing times. Currently, nobody has to wait for more than eight minutes.
- The Student Services Centre is providing a wider presence through the use of Twitter and Facebook and now publish news articles on the website to promote SSC activities. We have also created a rolling news banner on the homepage to indicate key information and current events.
