Would you like the opportunity to influence the strategy for innovation support in Derbyshire and Nottinghamshire?
D2N2 is the Local Enterprise Partnership for Derby, Derbyshire, Nottingham and Nottinghamshire. One of their key strategic priorities is to help drive economic growth by supporting innovation – through infrastructure, skills, research and finance.
Between 2014 and 2020 the D2N2 Local Enterprise Partnership will be deploying £50m into business support measures to aid business innovation through the D2N2's Growth Plan.
Consultations have already begun between D2N2 and business leaders, training providers and other key players in the private and public sector. This included the Innovation Summit in January, designed as an opportunity for the LEP to engage with businesses to help in the identification of the skills needed to support business growth.
This workshop will take views from businesses on the direction and content of the plan, and whether it meets the needs of local businesses.
