All networked out but no new sales on the books?

Got lots of business cards stuffed in your desk draw but no plans on how to follow them up?

We all do the networking rounds, hoping it will win us new business. But truthfully, how many of us work our way around events, find new leads we intend to follow up, but then get side-tracked when we return to the office?

This educational workshop for local businesses is aimed at those who are seeking an understanding of how to effectively manage the data of potential customers and how to turn those leads into winning new business. Investing in time in learning about this topic will help you to grow your business through more effective marketing, improved sales conversion and enhanced customer service.

Christina Jensen-Bates from Training and Integrated Marketing at Nottingham Trent University will deliver this workshop, along with Bruce McLeod from Bruce McLeod and Associates Ltd. Bruce has over 20 years business development experience spanning retail, corporate and channel sales, having worked for a variety of blue chip companies including O2 (UK) Ltd, T-Mobile Ltd and Alphabet GB (BMW Financial Services) Ltd. Much of this time was spent generating new business with senior decision makers, typically at Finance Director/Managing Director level.

This workshop is free to eligible small and medium businesses in the East Midlands, but booking is essential as places are limited.

We are committed to helping business growth in the region through our working with you... programme, which is part funded by the ERDF.
