Businesses and other organisations are increasingly recognising the importance of operating in an ethical, socially responsible and sustainable way. This event will provide the opportunity for organisations of all sizes, as well as Higher Education Institutions (HEIs), to join together to share good practice and learn from those that have achieved success implementing sustainable and responsible practices.

Businesses and other organisations are increasingly recognising the importance of operating in an ethical, socially responsible and sustainable way.
This event will provide the opportunity for organisations of all sizes, as well as Higher Education Institutions (HEIs), to join together to share good practice and learn from those that have achieved success implementing sustainable and responsible practices.
The keynote speech will be delivered by Jo Fairley, founder of UK-based chocolate company Green and Black's.
Who should attend?
- Owners and managers of a small or medium business.
- Those with responsibility for Supply Chain Management, Procurement, CSR, or Operations within a large organisation.
- Those who work within professional services or student enterprise at a higher education institution.
There will be a number of free places available to qualifying small and medium businesses based in the East Midlands.
SME attendance is supported by NTU's working with you... programme which is part-funded by the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF).

In the afternoon there will be workshops to choose from on a number of themes such as:
