Refugees and Immigrants: the scope and nature of political responsibility

This event is a student-led debate on the migrant crisis in Europe and the world.

The Syrian refugee crisis has leant fresh impetus and greater complexity to questions concerning the extent and character of our political/ethical responsibility for non-nationals. In this session, students will formally debate a motion that addresses this pressing contemporary issue. You will have the opportunity to participate in a lively discussion with a panel of third year students on this topic.
