Grab your running shoes and help us crack the cancer code! Join us on Sunday 17 April for runNTU 2016 – a 5 km multi-terrain run, or a shorter fun run of 1.5 km. The event is held to support the University’s John van Geest Cancer Research Centre.
Entry is £5 for current NTU students taking part in the 5 km run, or £3 for the fun run event.
Thanks to the support of UPP LTD, all money raised at runNTU will go to the vital work of the John van Geest Cancer Research Centre. With the latest statistics saying one in two of us are likely to be diagnosed with cancer at some point in our lifetime, this research will have an impact on many people. Why not help us out even more by raising sponsorship as part of your participation? If you choose the charity entry option, set up a JustGiving page and raise £50, your entry to the race will be free.
The day will include a programme of musical entertainment and fun inflatables, and fancy dress will be actively encouraged throughout – so dig out your trainers for what promises to be a great day!
