Do you want to boost your CV, gain important skills and auditing experience as well as learn more about the innovative sustainability work happening in the University? #BeTheChange
Responsible Futures is an accreditation scheme from the National Union of Students, launched in 2014 that aims to embed issues around sustainability and social responsibility within the curriculum. NTU is one of the leading institutions in this area and sustainability is central in all activity at the University.
Together with NTSU, the University has worked to fulfil a defined list of criteria provided by the NUS. This framework focuses on how sustainability and social responsibility is present in the daily activities at the University and in the Students' Union.
The University has been collecting evidence for their sustainability work and as an auditor, you will be leading the audit process, assess the provided evidence, and talk to relevant stakeholders at the University and Students' Union to find out how the institution meets the criteria set out by the NUS.
You will get chance to develop vital analytical and team working skills, get auditing experience and knowledge about the sustainability work in the higher education sector, and learn how the University and Students' Union work to equip their students with the right knowledge and skills to be the change. Training from NUS, lunch and refreshments will be provided.
