On purpose … Developing leadership skills and achieving more by reconnecting with your purpose

In 2013, Harvard Business School presented research which suggested that as a child, aged six to ten, we really know who we are and what our purpose is. Often we disconnect from this innate vision as realities of life, work, and the world's expectations of us take over. Leaders who manage to understand and stay true to that purpose throughout their adult lives tend to be more fulfilled and achieve more highly. Common goals and synergy across all aspects of our lives allows even greater breadth of achievement.

In the lecture, Sarah will use some tools and techniques, as well as provide examples taken from her own experiences and those of others. She will use these examples to demonstrate how purpose achieves more, and how you can find or refine yours. Helping you have your cake and eat it too!
