Join NTU in celebrating Fairtrade Fortnight from Monday 27th February to Sunday 12th March. Throughout the fortnight the University will be hosting a series of events, activities and challenges to raise awareness about the Fairtrade Foundation and our efforts to support this great cause.
Did you know that all tea, coffee, hot chocolate and a variety of other drinks and snacks served in NTU's Taste outlets are Fairtrade? By choosing products with the Fairtrade mark, you are helping producers in developing countries to lift themselves out of poverty and invest in their local communities.
Fairtrade farmers are guaranteed a fair price for their produce, ensuring that they do not suffer from fluctuating market prices. You will find the Fairtrade mark on all sorts of products from coffee and chocolate to flowers and footballs! Learn more about the Fairtrade Foundation.
