The Saturday Art Club offers students in Years 9, 10 or 11 the chance to enhance their creative skills, learn new art and design techniques, and exhibit their work in London and at NTU.

Event details

Students in Years 9, 10 and 11 are invited to join the Saturday Art Club, run in conjunction with the Saturday Club Trust.

Over 29 Saturday workshops, students will develop their creative skills in:

  • drawing
  • printmaking
  • product design
  • graphic design
  • 3D model making
  • photography
  • video production
  • typography

At the end of the year, participants will also exhibit their work at Somerset House in London, and as part of our Degree Show Festival here at NTU – all free of charge.

Throughout the year, pupils will also attend a number of masterclasses with professional artists and designers at both the NTU City site and at Backlit Gallery, Nottingham.

Students who attend the Saturday Art Club will have the chance to work towards their Arts Award.
