The first session in this year's English Research Seminar Series (2017-2018) will begin with a seminar presented by Dr Andrew Taylor and Dr Rory Waterman.
Dr Taylor and Dr Waterman have recently had their respective second poetry collections published and the first seminar of the year will be a joint reading from their new works, March (Shearsman) and Sarajevo Roses (Carcanet). Both collections take travel as a recurring theme, whether in cars and on foot, via railway systems and docklands, from the Welsh hills to Vatican City. And, inevitably, Liverpool and Lincoln.
The English Research Seminars are open to all staff and students across the University.
