Event details

This participative workshop, run by Incrementa will help SMEs explore the possibilities of new products and services. We will aid you in developing your ideas into concepts using elements of the marketing canvas and other interactive tools.

We will go through the innovation process step by step by exploring:

  • Defining and understanding the market that you are operating in
  • identifying gaps in the market where new products can be launched
  • generating and prioritising new product ideas
  • the product development process (briefing, costing, stage gates, approval)
  • launching a new product (as part of an existing range, or as a new stand-alone product)
  • driving sales on new products.

We will aid you in creating an action plan to take away with you and provide follow up advice and support to see make your plans into a reality.
