We are delighted to be able to invite you to participate in the NTU 2018 Doctoral Research Festival at City Campus on 27th and 28th April 2018. This is an excellent opportunity for you to network with other postgraduate researchers, staff and alumni from an exciting range of research areas.
You’ll hear from other inspiring speakers about their multi-disciplinary research, how you might disseminate your work, and career journeys after a doctorate at NTU. You’ll also have the chance to share your research and gain valuable feedback from colleagues, through participation in the poster competition and the ever-popular 3 Minute Thesis presentation competition .
This event is open to staff as well as students, if you supervise postgraduate research students yourself then please encourage them to get involved!
You can attend on either Friday 27th or Saturday 28th April or you will be welcome on both days. Please see the booking information below to find out how to book your place.

4 pm - Disseminating your research (Sharon Potter and Heather Parsonage)

6 pm - 3 Minute Thesis challenge - Day 1 Final
6.15 pm - External winners of 3 Minute Thesis challenge

If you are attending both days then please reserve a place on both of the events.
If you wish to take part in the poster presentation and/or the 3 Minute Thesis presentation challenge then please email your name, student number and the title of your presentation(s) to NTUResearchEvents@ntu.ac.uk along with the date that you have booked to attend.
The deadline to submit your proposed poster presentation and/or 3 Minute Thesis presentation title is 26 March 2018.
