Abstract
Droplet evaporation is ubiquitous, yet it is influenced by a wealth of complex, and often coupled, phenomena. This talk presents results of internal flow inside single and multiple evaporating binary droplets using rotating optical coherence tomography. We found that, counter to current view, density driven buoyancy dominates over Marangoni convection.
