NLS Legal Advice Centre Commercial Supervising Solicitor Ashley Fredericks and Legal Officer Callum Scott will deliver this seminar that will include important points to consider for newly trading businesses, particularly in relation to the advantages and disadvantages of the most popular legal structures used to operate the business. The session will also consider how different types of entity might secure funding, and what funders may require from those they lend money to or invest money within.
