What is this about?
This is a facilitated writing workshop to support you to develop the practice case examples and studies required for HEA fellowship. You will be prompted to consider how your practice aligns with the requirements of the UK Professional Standards Framework (UKPSF). The day is designed to help you produce a full draft for the fellowship category appropriate to your role.
Who is this for?
This workshop is for anyone applying for Associate Fellowship, Fellowship or Senior Fellowship of the Higher Education Academy (HEA) via the NTU Professional Recognition Scheme. Open to those getting started as well as those who have already drafted part of their application.
What will I get out of this?
By the end of the workshop you will have had the opportunity to:
*Map your practice to the UKPSF
*Take part in peer review
*Identify good practice in writing for fellowship
*Review your final draft of your complete application and receive feedback to enable you to make any further changes prior to submission.
What is involved?
The day is a blend of individual writing and group activity. Using the Pomodoro technique you will guided through the writing process with targeted input and opportunities to review of your drafts with peers. The format is perfectly suited to individuals who need space, motivation and editorial guidance for their fellowship application.
Is there anything I need to do before attending?
