Come and join in with NTU’s Wellbeing Week with lots of events, activities and sources of information on offer across all three campuses. Essentially we want to make lots of noise about mental health at NTU to help reduce any associated stigma, get more people talking about mental health and raise awareness of the fantastic help and support we have available.
You can try something new, let off some stress or simply share some of your feelings, there’s plenty of options for both students and staff to get involved with.
Activities planned include:
- Chalking what makes you happy on the floor
- Yoga
- Craft sessions
- Slime making
- Tea and chat sessions
- Tennis
- And much more...
