Evolving digital technologies are shaping the future of customer relations. How do we adapt to these changes and what can we expect from the future of digital marketing?

As we increasingly live in a mobile 24x7 connected world, digital transformation affects buying behaviours and decisions of us all. Brands need to meaningfully connect with customers in real time across multiple devices by creating the right messages and feel for their digital presence. The way that people expect to interact with a brand in real-time has changed the nature of marketing.

Content created by leading brands can create powerful narratives to tap into people’s desires, wishes, and aspirations. Together with increasing pace of technological innovation e.g. AI, VR, chatbots and more. The marketing landscape is shifting  and digital marketers must stay a step ahead of their customers’ needs.

How can you build the digital marketing skills to reach your customer base in this ever changing world? Could a degree apprenticeship in digital marketing be right for your business?
