The Nottingham Law School Experience Law Day is for college and sixth form students. The day will give you an idea of what it’s like to study law at Nottingham Law School and where it can take you.

Our Experience Law Day is an exclusive opportunity to experience:

  • An interactive workshop in the Courtrooms
  • Learn how to build plea-in-mitigation
  • Build a case in favour and against a defendant
  • Act as defense council
  • Campus tour of NTU’s facilities and the law library
  • Legal careers information session
  • Meet current law students and ask any questions you might have

Programme

10.15 am: Registration.

10.30 am – 11.15 am: Law Careers and opportunities

11.15 am – 12.45 am: Law Workshop

12.45 – 1.30 pm: Lunch

1.30 pm – 2 pm: Campus tour

Our new interactive experience days offer students the opportunity to immerse themselves in our courses. Join us for experience days in a variety of subjects including:

Nottingham has plenty of Park and Ride services, a number of which are run alongside the city’s tram service - the parking provision is always generous, and you can expect a tram every ten minutes.
