Nottingham Business School: the first forty years

Forty years on, Nottingham Business School is now one of the most successful business schools in the country, as marked by numerous international accreditations. In this lecture, Professor Alistair Mutch looks back to the pioneering days that preceded the establishment of the School, examining some of the distinctive themes that have persisted. Based on the evidence contained in School documents, the lecture also considers some of the challenges and tensions that have marked forty years, with a view to prompting thought about what the next years hold.
