Event details

The School of Social Sciences have a 8 year track record of hosting a vibrant and thought provoking annual research conference. This year we extend a warm welcome to our academic colleagues, and community of post graduate researchers, and invite you to join us at our annual conference.

Our annual conference gives us an opportunity to showcase our world leading and internationally excellent research within our School, as well as pique each other’s curiosity, and test out papers sometimes for the first time, with supportive colleagues as critical friends. Whether you are an experienced or an early career researcher, we invite you to participate to share the diverse research endeavours in which we are all engaged within our School.

Our keynote speaker, Professor Nicola Pitchford, University of Nottingham, School of Psychology will also speak on topics from her latest research.
