Keeping pace with current industry practice is critical to maintain the employability of our graduates - but how do we do it?
Dr. Michael Whelan has developed a strategy, Academic WIL, to keep pace with changes in industry. He works as an intern in industry to road test the curriculum he teaches.
The School of ARES is hosting Dr. Whelan from Southern Cross University, Australia whilst he undertakes a sabbatical evaluating the spatial science curriculum from an employer’s perspective.
We invite you to join us and learn more - click on the 'reserve your place' link to register.
