Event details

Strategyzer’s Business Model Canvas is a strategic management and entrepreneurial tool. It is a great way for SMEs to gain a holistic overview of their business as well as giving them the space to reflect, refine, plan and pivot new models and test new ideas.

In this workshop, our facilitators will support you to consider the tool in depth, help you identify challenges to growth and guide you through everything you need to know so you can do your own Business Model and Value Proposition Canvases.

Before you book

Make sure that you are representing a creative or digital SME in Nottinghamshire and Derbyshire, and that you are eligible for The Big House programme. We will confirm details of what you will need to access the virtual session. This event is ideally suited to established SMEs in creative or digital sector, trading for some time and with employees.
