Event details

NTU Enterprise wants to hear from local businesses, students and graduate entrepreneurs as we build a community of enterprise and innovation across Nottingham and Nottinghamshire.

In our next session as an enterprise community, we will be sharing insight into the power of business networking.

Maintaining business relationships at a distance

In this session Fiona Duncan-Steer, Founder of RSViP Business Network will be discussing:

  • What 3 key elements we should be focusing on right now to ensure we are doing everything we can to stay relevant.
  • Suggestions on what action you can take starting today, to maintain those valuable relationships you’ve worked so hard to cultivate.
  • Ideas and resources for ‘creative communication’ to solidify your place as a leader in your industry.

Guest speaker

Fiona Duncan-Steer,
MInstLM – Founder, RSViP Business Network + WREN Property Network

Writer, speaker, trainer, coach, Fiona has been running events for the best part of 15 years and is Founder of what is arguably the East Midlands most successful independent business network.

The ‘RSViP Business Network’ attract an average of 150 professionals from a wide range of sectors into the room each month, have hosted hundreds of events and connected hundreds of thousands of business owners together over their 12 years of operating – A feat the big National players would love to emulate!

Fiona launched a property division (WREN Network) 10 years ago and also spends time writing her column for various business publications and guest lecturing at both Nottingham based Universities, running workshops to support business students with everything business networking and events related.

Down to earth and brilliantly connected, Fiona has become the go to person for East Midlands based businesses who want to get connected with the right people, have their venues seen and their events filled.
