Event details

NTU Enterprise welcomes business owners to join us for a breakfast session with Tom Preece who will be diving into what to expect from BDO's Rethink Programme. Rethink is a global framework encouraging a broad reassessment around original business models and commercial assumptions - it can be used to manage business priorities, address issues and leverage thinking.

The session will explore how you can use the framework as part of your strategic level considerations and discussions, regardless of the progress your organisation has made on the road to recovery, or the measures you have already taken.

We are aware the effects of COVID-19 has changed the UK and global economy and we are aiming to assist you in navigating your way through the new reality.

During this event, Tom Preece will provide an introduction to 'Rethink' and answer questions from our team and guests about what to expect from the programme.

Programme

14 April 2021

The framework explores the following:

1.How to REACT to the crisis; ensuring that measures are taken to secure business survival in the short term

2.How to build RESILIENCE throughout the prevailing business environment; safeguarding vital elements of a company where necessary

3.How to look forward to REALISE the future benefits of sensible business decisions taken calmly and pragmatically.
