The CIPD, the professional body for HR and people development, developed a new Profession Map,  which sets out the priorities and role of people professionals in the ever-changing world of work. The scope of the webinar is to discuss how the structure of the Profession Map, incorporating knowledge, behaviours and values, helps HR practitioners and people managers to develop their career whilst  influencing and shaping their organisations for the better. The session seeks to offer participants the space to discuss the wider aspects of the new Professional Map; how it relates to individual careers alongside academic and professional development.

This webinar is suitable for any professional interested in understanding further the new CIPD professional map and its implication to future organisational and educational activities.

The webinar will take place live using Microsoft Teams. The webinar will last up to 90mins and will include an interactive activity. There will be a Q&A session at the end of the webinar and offer participants the opportunity to ask questions and talk more about Nottingham Business School, and the Department of Human Resource Management future learning opportunities
