We live in a society that boasts about being stressed and being sleep deprived. We wear them both as a badge of honour. Yet excessive stress and a lack of sleep can be detrimental to our health, with some studies showing that they can be just as bad as smoking or eating junk food. Join Jyoti, Founder of My Wellness Company, and learn how to reduce your stress and improve your sleep. During this interactive session, we will cover:

  • What is sleep and why is it so important?
  • What is stress and when can it be dangerous?
  • 5 tools to improve sleep
  • 5 tools to reduce stress

No prior experience is required to join this session - it will be accessible for everyone. All you need is yourself and something to write with.

About Jyoti

Jyoti is the founder of My Wellness Company, a cyclical living mentor, yoga & meditation teacher and holistic wellness practitioner.
