Psychology Alternative Curriculum Events (PACE) Week celebrates these core NTU characteristics and provides an open platform for them to flourish through an annual flagship series of educational events and themed around the field of Psychology. PACE Week is exclusive to the NTU Psychology Department and affords staff and students the opportunity, mid-way through Term 1, to catch their breath and benefit from:
- deeper exploration into topics covered in the curriculum through specialist workshops led by experts in the field;
- opportunities to sharpen skills (e.g. research methods and writing) towards improving performance on assessments and beyond;
- experiential learning opportunities and the practical application of psychological knowledge to tackle problems and make sense of the social world;
- tips and expert insights for career and professional development in the field; and
- important debates and discussions on topical issues in Psychology.
PACE Week affords the time and space to interact and enjoy the company of your tutors, colleagues and friends through events on and off campus.
