About Cordell Jeffers
Cordell Jeffers is an award-winning entrepreneur, international speaker, and mindset coach from Birmingham; he has used adversity and difficult situations in his early life to become the unstoppable force he is today.
Growing up in urban inner-city Birmingham, he has faced vast challenges around crime and drugs, but chose to keep on the straight and narrow. In his early school life, he found himself disengaged, and felt that his innovative flair did not suit the schooling system.
Cordell moved to the Caribbean with his mother and brother after being expelled from school. This raw environment showed him how people with ‘less’ made ‘more’ of their resources. He was able to recondition his mindset for success, and quickly became interested in business, entrepreneurship, and self-development.
Today, Cordell is the founder of multiple successful businesses and international social enterprise ‘We Shine Group’. He has impacted thousands of lives with his experiences, wisdom and authenticity.
Testimonials:
Sir Richard Branson:
“I really enjoyed Cordell’s story, I am inspired to see how he is channelling his energy into helping the next generation to fulfil their potential”
Idris Elba:
“It is amazing to see how Cordell is such a positive role model for his community and to see all the lives that he has touched with his work”
