To help you meet these challenges head on, we’re hosting a panel of specialists to share how they’ve worked to retain and recognise staff while growing successful businesses. We’re giving you the tools to action real change and learn how to make it personal.

The panel discussion will be followed by networking and refreshments, with a chance to register for one of our business growth programmes and a FREE digital toolkit.

The event will also introduce you to BreakThrough and UpScaler – two new business support programmes at NTU to help businesses that are growing and scaling.

Meet the panel

Claire Johnson

Claire is Studio Director at Player Roberts Bell Architects. Her passion is people - looking after the PRB team and clients, whilst overseeing and driving the development of the business. Her background is varied. She has spent the last 10 years in business management roles, prior to PRB working as Head of People at an eCommerce design and development agency. She also spent several years working as a criminal defence solicitor and as General Manager for a group of three independent pubs and restaurants!
