Event details

Have you been hit by ‘the great resignation’? Data shows 20% of employees are likely to switch jobs in the next 12 months. Why are they jumping ship and what kind of damage could that do to your organisation?

Businesses with teams who feel recognised and rewarded are more resilient and can pivot and grow when change comes, but how do you get there?

To help you meet these challenges head on, we’re hosting a panel of specialists to share how they’ve worked to retain and recognise staff while growing successful businesses. We’re giving you the tools to action real change and learn how to make it personal.

Why come to our event?

There’s no magic bullet, and no ‘one size fits all’ approach for rewarding and recognising employees. Innovative SMEs are paving the way; realising the business benefits of happy staff. This is the opportunity for you to hear how they’ve made it happen.

At the end of the session, you will have real world examples of how to build personalised employee offers, along with the chance to network and find out more about opportunities for support from NTU Enterprise and the Dryden Enterprise Centre.

To help you build a stronger business, our panel will discuss:

  • What a ‘Total Reward’ package means
  • How to be a leader of positive change
  • Explore how to cater to different employee wants and needs

The panel discussion will be followed by networking and refreshments, with a chance to register for one of our business growth programmes and a FREE digital toolkit.

The event will also introduce you to BreakThrough and UpScaler – two new business support programmes at NTU to help businesses that are growing and scaling.
