Please note: This event is for current NTU students only.
Students will learn about the ongoing work and ambitions in sustainability across NTU, NTSU, the local council and in a global context, reflecting on COP27. Attendees will be asked to provide their opinions, ideas, and reflections to increase sustainable activities locally and advise how NTU can assist in global climate efforts.
The forum will draw focus to climate equity (the differing resources communities are able to contribute to climate action) and lead into practical activities where students can gain context of ongoing sustainability work at NTU.
A vegan and plastic free lunch will be provided during the day to attendees. Please let us know if you have any dietary requirements.

1-3pm | A range of practical activities. Biodiversity – Join the Sust Team and NWT to celebrate National Nest Box Week and build bird houses and feeders. Global Sustainability – Play the Climate Negotiation game Green Hustle Crafting- Making Sea creatures from plastic to be displayed at the Green Hustle Festival. | Sustainability Team to Support. |
