Burberry visits NTU to share industry insights with fashion students

Burberry's Vice President of Creative Media, Greg Stogdon has recently visited NTU to talk to Fashion students about the realities of the industry.

Burberry's Vice President of Creative Media, Greg Stogdon recently visited NTU to talk to fashion students about the realities of the industry.

Burberry is one of the world's most prestigious fashion brands, and Greg reports directly to the Chief Creative Officer, Christopher Bailey.

During his visit Greg shared his personal career journey and offered advice to the students, which was based on the problems he has faced in the industry.

He spoke about the beginning of his own career, saying, "I moved to New York without a job and just a portfolio."

He went on to stress the importance of having a good portfolio.

Greg also spoke of the need for a good CV, and students who have belief in themselves and a focus, to impress employers.

After his lecture, Greg held an informal question and answers sessions with the students.
