NTU's Take 5 campaign is here to help you combat exam stress

Most students find exam season stressful, so NTU's Take 5 campaign is here to help you manage and prepare your time.

Running from 23 March - 5 June, NTU in collaboration with NTSU will be running a variety of events to help you prepare, relax and de-stress, including relaxation sessions, healthy eating offers and stress busting workshops.

Take 5 top tips

  1. Take control - make a plan of what to study, how to study and when.
  2. Take a break and relax - have some fun and don't study 24/7.
  3. Take some exercise and eat healthily to help with stress.
  4. Take time to talk, contact your friends and people that care about you.
  5. Take credit for the hard work you're doing, be proud and don't forget about all the great things you have going on.
