CIM Commends NBS Marketing

The Chartered Institute of Marketing has recognised the hard work by students and tutors of the professional marketing course

Nottingham Business School's (NBS) CIM Certificate and Diploma in Professional Marketing courses have been commended for the excellent performance of its students during an their December 2014 assessments.

CIM is a nationally recognised institution with 35,000 members around the world. The recognition speaks volumes for the hard work put in by both students and tutors.

Both cohorts on the new syllabus of the Certificate in Professional Marketing and Diploma in Professional Marketing have achieved 100% pass rates in their December exams, with most ranking in the 80% and 90% regions, and the highest mark being rewarded 98%.

Helen Sharp, Course Leader for the CIM Professional Marketing courses, said: "These commendations for achievement on the new CIM syllabus are the latest in a series of awards that NBS has attained across the CIM courses delivered at our study centre. It is testament to the great learning environment here and the hard work and enthusiasm of our tutors and students."

The CIM Level 4 Certificate and Level 6 Diploma in Professional Marketing are designed to develop knowledge and increase understanding for anyone aspiring to pursue a career within the marketing sector. With increasing demands expected of marketers, these additional qualifications are becoming extremely desirable, and useful to all marketing businesses.
