A 'Draft Development Accord' between Nottingham Trent University and Nottingham City Council has been written to ease the process of development on NTU's City site.
This document is a statement of intent for both parties to work closely together on real estate development matters that will improve the built environment for students, staff and the general public in and around NTU's City site. This collaboration will allow NTU to further improve the quality of teaching space, communal areas and accommodation for future students, and enhance outdoor areas, creating inspiring spaces within Nottingham city centre.
If you have any questions or comments about the Development Accord, please contact Tim Mee, Estate Transactions Manager.
