The hard work and success of Nottingham Law School students was celebrated at the fourth annual Nottingham Law School Prize Giving on Tuesday 10 November 2015.

The School welcomed prize-winning students, their families and friends, and sponsors of the prizes to an awards ceremony in The Old Chemistry Theatre. The evening started with a celebratory reception with drinks and canapés.

Over forty prizes are awarded to successful Law School students each year, the majority for outstanding academic performance. Other prizes are presented for mooting, pro bono work, advocacy, research and work carried out on placement. Skills in certain areas of law such as medical and family law are also recognised with awards.

Many prizes are sponsored and presented by law firms including: Irwin Mitchell, Browne Jacobson, Cartwright King, Shoosmiths, Paragon Law, and Geldards.
The exceptional work of teaching staff is also recognised with prizes for academic and personal tutor of the year.

Congratulations to all of this year's winners
