Nottingham Trent University awarded the Queen's Anniversary Prize for Higher and Further Education

World-class research at Nottingham Trent University was recently recognised with the highest national honour. The security and safety of citizens was at the forefront of the research.

NTU earned the University the Queen's Anniversary Prize for Higher and Further Education for projects to:

  • improve weapons and explosives detection in luggage
  • enable safer production of powdered infant formula
  • combat food fraud.
