BA (Hons) Graphic Design study trip to Berlin

Our Graphic Design students will shortly be jetting off on a five-day study trip to Berlin, aimed to help them research their current projects and give them a new perspective.

I'm most excited about the studio visits, to see what designers are working on, to hear what’s inspiring them.

Natalie Palmer, Year Two student

Our Graphic Design students will shortly be jetting off on a five-day study trip to Berlin, aimed to help them research their current projects and give them a new perspective.

The trip is open to students across all three years of the course, and will include visits to a variety of design studios and museums. In previous years this trip has included exhibitions at BAUHAUS and the Jewish Museum. The students will also have plenty of free time to explore the city, visiting cultural hotspots and other Berlin landmarks.

Year Two student Natalie Palmer told us: "I hope to gain some knowledge of the Berlin design scene – there's a distinct aesthetic coming from there at the moment. I'm most excited about the studio visits, to see what designers are currently working on, to hear what’s inspiring them and how their work connects on a global level."

Our students will be in Berlin from 29 March – 2 April, and we hope to see their social media posts appearing on our social media wall. Find out what they are getting up to in Berlin.
