Have you been inspired by a female colleague, friend or supplier? Think they deserve to be rewarded for their hard work and dedication? Then why not nominate them for the Women in Business Awards 2016?

Hosted by the Nottingham Post in conjunction with Nottingham Trent University, the Women in Business Awards highlight the achievements of a wide range of businesswomen from across Nottinghamshire.

Lots of nominations have already been received, and time is now running out. The final deadline for nominations is Friday 14 October 2016.

Nominations are being sought for the following categories:

  • Apprentice of the year
  • Women in Manufacturing
  • Inspirational woman of the year
  • Women in Construction
  • Digital Ambassador
  • Entrepreneur of the year
  • Female Executive
  • Sole Trader of the year
  • Rising Star
  • New Business of the Year
  • Small Business of the year
  • Women in Public Service

You can enter more than one person and individuals can be entered in to more than one category, if they meet the required criteria.

All nominees will be sent a form asking for further details which must be returned by Friday 21 October 2016. This information is strictly confidential and not for publication.

The awards ceremony will take place at the Crowne Plaza Hotel on Wednesday 23 November 2016.
