Congratulations Class of 2017

Graduation has been an exciting journey for NBS. We are proud of all of our students who came through the NTU doors ready to enhance their career prospects, and left as a Graduate in their chosen subject - Well done!

Another success with our annual Thinkubator Challenge® which had great results. Something we couldn’t have done without our NBS students! Topping off 2017, we are proud to promote our Gold Rating in the Government’s ‘Teaching Excellence Framework’ evaluation held in June, being one of the highest rated UK Universities out of 295 that took part.

Nottingham Business School, alongside the Graduation Ceremony, hosted their annual Prize Giving event and keeping up with tradition, we awarded those individuals that have gone above and beyond throughout their academic year. This is a chance to acknowledge extra achievers, celebrating their work ethic and commitment.

Our recent Graduation ceremonies are a highlight in our academic calendar. For our students, their families and friends, this is the culmination of a journey. For all of us involved in teaching, supporting, supervising, encouraging our student population it is great to see the end of their journey. It is the close of one chapter but the beginning of another and a very special time for reflection and celebration. Their success is our success. - Melanie Currie, Deputy Dean of Nottingham Business School

Graduation is a very special time of year

"It’s always a great honour to be a part of the celebrations as students receive their degrees. All our NBS graduates of 2017 should be immensely proud of their achievements. We know the hard work and commitment a degree entails, and the sacrifices each and every student will have made along the way to gain their qualification, laying the foundations for whatever life holds next. We hope our class of 2017 have enjoyed their time with us as much as we have both enjoyed and benefited, from their contribution to the Business School throughout the past three or four years." - Amanda Thompson, Director of Undergraduate Taught Programmes at Nottingham Business School
