    On Thursday 8 February Nottingham Business School were delighted to welcome Sir Kenneth Olisa OBE to deliver a Business Leaders Lecture on: The Future of Business and What Comes Next?

    Sir Ken delivered a lecture exploring the world of work that consists of two kinds of organisation – disruptors and disruptees. Whether you are a business owner, an employee or even a fresh graduate contemplating the first step on the career ladder, Sir Ken’s lecture examined the contrasting psyches and offer some simple principles, which can form the basis for a strategy for survival and prosperity.

    After the lecture Sir Ken answered a number of questions from students, staff and business guests on his advice for the future of business and on the wider aspects of his personal journey.
