Our Family Christmas Concert at Nottingham’s Albert Hall will feature a screening and live professional orchestral performance of Raymond Briggs’ classic story, as well as carols and festive music sung by the NTU Choir.

With one of two performances already sold out, this is a fantastic opportunity for a young singer to take to the stage.

To be in with a chance, hopefuls need to complete the online application form before 5 pm on Friday 23 November 2018.

Auditions will take place on Saturday 1 December at the NTU Music Centre, City Campus, with the University’s Director of Music, Matthew Hopkins.

The chosen singer will attend a series of rehearsals before the event, and undertake two performances on Saturday 15 December, at 12.30 pm and 3 pm.

If you have any enquiries about this opportunity, please email the NTU Music team on music@ntu.ac.uk or telephone 0115 848 4570.

Tickets for the 12.30 pm performance of our Family Christmas Concert featuring The Snowman live are available to purchase online through the Gigantic Tickets website. Tickets for the 3 pm performance are now sold out.

Discounts on tickets are available for NTU and Confetti students and staff, and NTU Choir members.
