The ranking is a mark of high quality postgraduate programmes

The rankings are based on the combined performance of Europe’s leading schools across the five main rankings of programmes published by the FT in 2018: MBA, Executive MBA, Masters in Management and two rankings of non-degree executive education programmes.

The Financial Times Ranking for business schools is one of the most highly acknowledged and widely cited authorities on quality and performance of institutions globally.

Nottingham Business School, part of Nottingham Trent University, is also listed in the Financial Times global Masters in Management 2018 rankings.

Dean of Nottingham Business School, Professor Baback Yazdani, said: “That we now consistently appear in these Financial Times rankings is mark of the quality and breadth of our postgraduate programmes and the commitment of our staff, students and alumni.

“We provide a transformational experience for our students through personalised and experiential learning and are ambitious in creating globally responsible leaders through ethical, responsible and sustainable management education.”

Dr Alex Hiller, Director of Postgraduate Taught Programmes at Nottingham Business School, added: “We have worked hard to develop high quality postgraduate programmes to provide the best outcomes for our students. We are delighted that this has resulted in our inclusion in the Financial Times rankings for the last two years.”

NBS is an EQUIS and ACCSB accredited Business School and was a finalist for Business School of the Year in the Times Higher Education Awards 2018. The 2019 Guardian League tables also place NBS’ Accounting and Finance at 8th, Economics at 13th and Business and related subjects in 18th position.
