Organisations taking part include Rolls Royce and Mars.
The event will close with a Q&A with our delegates and will provide a great opportunity to ascertain information and advice, and to ask panel members directly what it's like to be a female within STEM.

ESF High Level Skills
Throughout 2019 and 2020
Women play a huge role in business across the Nottingham and Derbyshire region, but are often paid less than their male counterparts, as well as being more likely to miss out on career development opportunities.
The ESF High Level Skills programme aims to enhance equal access to lifelong learning for women in business, including a practical route to earning learning credits towards further qualifications and supporting those that may have missed out on traditional education opportunities. NTU are offering a 3-day management, innovation and leadership course for women in SMEs.
Read more about the project, as well as who is eligible to apply, on our High Levels Skills for SMEs page.
