May Reopening

We are pleased to announce that our indoor and outdoor facilities are now reopened to students who are returning to campus and all other members. We are delighted to welcome you back to NTU Sport and the team look forward to seeing you once again at our City and Clifton campuses.

Before you return to NTU Sport, please take the time to re-watch our video, which explains the changes and safety measures put in place to help keep you safe.

NTU Sport App

NTU Sport App

You will be required to book your gym session in advance using the NTU Sport App. This will allow us to manage the number of users in the gyms at any one time, helping us to prevent overcrowding. You will be unable to access the facilities without a booking, so please ensure you have downloaded the app and booked your session in advance. We have created a short video to explain how to use the app. The NTU Sport App can be downloaded via the Apple Store or Google Play Store.

Fitness Classes

Face-to-Face and Online Fitness classes are now available to book. The timetable for out extensive programme can be found on our website.

You are able to take part in our online classes simply by joining the NTU Sport Microsoft Teams page and selecting the class you would like to join. All classes are streamed live and can be done in the comfort of your own home. Daily class updates will be shared on our Instagram account.

Face-to-Face classes must be booked via the NTU Sport app.

Court and 3G Pitch Bookings

Tennis, Badminton and Squash are available to be booked for singles and doubles. Basketball courts can also be booked for a group of 6 individuals. Table Tennis singles and doubles is available to be booked, however participants must be from the same household or support bubble. Outdoor Football  is available for to be booked on the 3G pitch for a group of 30 individuals, 16 is permitted for 1/3 of 3G. Users are required to bring their own equipment

Customers are required to ensure all current government guidelines are followed as well as guidelines from the relevant sporting National Governing Body. Please see the following useful links: TennisSquashBadmintonTable TennisBasketball, Football.

You will be able to pre-book online via the NTU Sport app.

Sports Clubs

Outdoor and indoor activity have now resumed on Monday 17 May, following the protocols of the relevant national governing bodies of sport. Full details regarding sports activities restarting will be communicated via the sports club committees.
