Coronavirus Update NTU Sport

Due to the uncertain times we are currently experiencing as a consequence of COVID-19, we have taken the decision to close our facilities

Closure of Gym and Sports Facilities

With an increase in staff absences and reducing student footfall, it’s important that we focus on those facilities where we can provide critical services in a safe and secure way.

From 8pm on Thursday 19 March the University’s sports facilities, including the gyms, at both the City and Clifton campuses will close until further notice.

This is consistent with the approach from other sports facilities across Nottingham.

Stay Connected with NTU Sport

We are encouraging members to stay fit through our Instagram workouts and we are currently working on the content and schedule for these. Follow us on Instagram for updates.

During this period of closure, we will be regularly updating our website and social media. If you have any questions please contact the team via email

We apologise for any disruption during this difficult time and look forward to welcoming you back to NTU Sport in the near future.
