Our consultants led by Rob Johnson, former Head of Global Purchasing at Jaguar Land Rover, will work collaboratively with your senior management team and key staff to provide strategic advice and planning support in supply chain procurement.

What will the consultancy include?
A limited number of short and longer consultancies are available. All businesses attend a strategic procurement workshop prior to their consultancy.
Strategic procurement workshop
This workshop provides the context for subsequent consultancy, ensuring relevant staff understand key principles, tools and best practice in supply chain strategy.
You will:
- develop a Supply Chain Improvement Plan
- complete a Procurement Maturity Self-Assessment
- gain feedback on current state, benchmarked against best-in-class
The workshop is for key individuals responsible for supply chain and consists of 3 x 2 hour sessions over a 10-day period.
