National Apprenticeship Week 2019
Join NTU for a week of events celebrating National Apprenticeship Week 2019. Running from 4-8 March, each event will offer employers advice and guidance on all things apprenticeships.
Fire It Up with Apprenticeships at Nottingham Trent University
National Apprenticeship Week 2019 aims to highlight the range of opportunities available to apprentices looking to blaze their own career trail, as well as employers looking for an innovative, cost effective solution to their recruitment needs.
Since 2015 we have provided quality higher and degree apprenticeship programmes to a wide range of employers, across a variety of industries including construction, food, healthcare and business. Our long-standing reputation for providing vocationally led courses, gold standard teaching and deep understanding of businesses needs, means we're an apprenticeship partner of choice.
There are many tangible benefits to apprenticeships for both individuals and employers, as well as the community and wider economy. The introduction of the mandatory apprenticeship levy, as well as funding opportunities for smaller employers, including the current High Level Skills for SMEs project, presents a chance for businesses to maximise this opportunity.
NTU have curated a schedule of events, focused on key industries and sector, in conjunction with National Apprenticeship Week 2019. Employers can access relevant, up to date advice regarding apprenticeship funding and application, as well as the courses and facilities on offer to their apprentices at NTU. You'll get a chance to put your questions to our expert apprenticeship team, see the world class facilities apprentices will be taught in, and meet the academics that will teach apprentices the skills and knowledge to drive innovation in your business.
