As an office member, you will be issued with a membership card and given full access to the space 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Members with a serviced office space in the Dryden Enterprise Centre pay monthly via direct debit.

You will have exclusive access to the office leased to you. Your access will be open while your monthly payment is taken. This seamless process ensures uninterrupted productivity and convenience, fostering a secure and efficient workspace environment conducive to business growth and development.

What are the terms of the lease?

The flexible terms offered for serviced office Dependent on the size of office you choose you’ll be offered a monthly or quarterly rolling term, giving you the flexibility to scale up or downsize whenever you need to. We want to help your business thrive – not tie you into a lengthy term.

We request a deposit equal to one month’s lease plus your first month’s rent when you join us, then your rent will be taken monthly. Once you’re ready to move on up and out we just need either one months or three months’ notice, depending on your terms, and you’ll be movin’.

Can I bring guests into the DEC as part of my lease?

Of course you can, the number of guests you can bring depends on the size of office have and your guests need to act within our House Rules and your membership terms.

You can meet guests informally in communal spaces, and if you need a formal meeting space you can book these, subject to availability. You will have some time in meeting spaces allocated to you as part of your lease, and beyond this time you will be charged a standard rate for meeting rooms.

If you’d like more guests to join you, you’re welcome to host them informally within our Front of House, and if you’d like to co-work for the day (or more!) in our flexible spaces additional flexi-passes can be purchased.
