The Smart and Inclusive Leadership (SAIL) project is a fully funded course which aims to support employees from SMEs across Nottinghamshire and Derbyshire to access leadership and management development opportunities, career coaching and advice.

Overview

The Smart and Inclusive Leadership programme offers employees of Small and Medium Size Enterprises (SME's) working across Derby, Derbyshire, Nottingham, Nottinghamshire (D2N2) access to fully funded training opportunities.
 
  • Are you a Supervisor trying to get onto the Management ladder but don't know what your next career move should be?
  • Or are you a new Team Leader and need to level up your skills?
  • Maybe you are a new Manager and know there are gaps in your knowledge?

If you're thinking about the next step in your career then there are a number of routes you can take. You can sign up for a bite sized course or complete a full City & Guilds qualification.
 
And as part of this offer you'll get a career coach and endless support from us, so you can perform at your very best.

SAIL Programme

How is this programme funded?

The SAIL programme is part-funded by the European Social Fund and the project runs until December 2023.

Whether you start with the entry course and progress onto the qualified route both courses will be eligible for funding.

You can choose to follow the CPD pathway which is delivered in 1 - 2 days depending on the level required and stop there if you wish or progress onto the qualification.

Intakes for the qualified route are April, May, June, July, August & September. Numbers are limited so you'll need to register soon or you will miss out!
